Power Yoga with Theresa (Level 2-3) 8:15 - 9:15am This is a challenging, invigorating flow to strengthen and lengthen muscles as well as relieve stress in the body. Using breath to connect mind and body while cultivating acceptance of where you are today in every asana. Students should have basic knowledge of yoga practice.
Restorative Flow with Casey (All Levels) 12:30 - 1:30pm Luxurious yoga practice with movements that are slow, gentle repetitive and rocking to deeply nourish.
A Heart Opening Flow with Claudette (Level 1-2) 1:45 - 2:45pm Open the heart center cultivating joy and courage, clear the mind and invigorate the body through this back bending flow.
The Absolute Basics with Marge (Beginners) 3:00 - 4:00pm This class is especially designed for the newest yogis! If you are new to Yoga, jump in the Absolute Basics Class and start your Yoga adventure. This class includes an introduction to yoga philosophy, yoga breathing and meditation, and of course the basic poses.
Yoga for Self Love with Joan (Beginners) 4:15 - 5:15pm Experience postures and meditations to help you practice Ahimsa, or non-violence towards yourself. Often, we talk to ourselves or treat ourselves in ways that we would never treat others. This class will help you make room for kindness in the way you think of your own self.

Beginners Basic with Suzette (Beginners) 9:05 - 10:05am Start your journey into yoga by learning the basics of alignment, breathing and mindfulness in a variety of elemental poses.
Gentle Flow with Katie (All Levels) 10:15 - 11:15am All levels Gentle Flow starts with breath work, and is followed by a gentle series of postures that promote awareness to alignment and is geared toward those who enjoy a gentler and slower approach to flexibility.
Advanced Beginners with Sue (Level 1-2) 11:30 - 12:30pm Review, renew, reinvigorate with 1 hour of basic yoga asanas.

Nov. 8th - Panthean Temple of CT, OPEN SAMHAIN CELEBRATION, HAYRIDE & DRUM CIRCLE. check in at 6:30 pm. Schreiber's Farm, Quakers Farms Road, Oxford. OUR BIGGEST DRUM JAM OF THE YEAR! Drum circle led by Imakhu after ritual! hayride starts promptly at 7 pm, ritual under the moon to follow and then relax, feast, and gather by the warmth of our bonfire for drumming and festivities at Schreiber's Farm! Nov 16 - Community DRUM CIRCLES - As always, you can expect an uplifting evening of playing hand drums and other percussion, with some basic instruction and facilitation, building into freestyle, high-energy group drum jams. A relaxing place to become more familiar with Middle Eastern Percussion Instruments and Rhythms.
Bring your hand drums: dumbek, riq(tamborine), tar(frame drum), zills(finger cymbals), etc.
Pots, pans and boxes work too!!
We have a few instruments to share.
African and other instruments welcome, technique will be Arabic.

This interactive program, especially designed for seniors, uses hand drums and percussion to build community, lift spirits and release stress, while participants have fun in the process. HealthRHYTHMS graduate, Randy Brody, facilitates the program. All ages are welcome and no experience is necessary! Drums provided or bring your own.
